Lifetime Replacement Warranty
Your satisfaction is our priority and we know that it could be difficult sometimes to install a screen protector.
Plastic Screen Protectors
We will send you replacements free of charge if you experience issues with:
- Installation (bubbles or dust)
- Premature wear and tear
Tempered Glass Screen Protectors
All CitiGeeks tempered glass screen protectors are covered by a lifetime warranty, meaning that a replacement screen protector will be provided to you for the life of your device and while supply lasts in case of:
- Manufacturer’s defect
- Premature wear and tear, e.g. if screen protector cracks or chips for no evident reason. Please note that oleophobic coating is not covered by this warranty
- Unsuccessful installation
For plastic and glass screen protectors we will provide first two replacements free of charge with free standard shipping to US and Canada without a return of the damaged screen protector. However with every other consecutive warranty claim, we do require the damaged screen protector to be sent back to:

If the product is discontinued, you may choose another product of the equal value (one time replacement). If you have not claimed a replacement under the warranty, we will honor a full refund for the discontinuned model within 90 days from the purchase date. If you have already received a replacement under warranty or it has been over 90 days since the purchase date and item is discontinued, we will honor a 50% refund of the purchase price.
For orders shipped outside of Canada and US, shipping charge will apply for the replacement items.
CitiGeeks Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and is only available to the original purchaser.
You may return purchased items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping is free to Canada and US
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
